All services are WITHOUT hair!
For all hairstyles we recommend VIRGIN OR RAW HAIR!
WE DON'T WORK WITH SHEIN, AMAZON, AFRO SHOP HAIR OR ALI EXPRESS BUNDLES!
We only accept full bundles or hair tracks that are at least 15 cm (max. 4 track pieces) in length.
Your hair and bundles must be clean, dry, and blow-dried and must be sorted by length before your appointment.
NO GREASE, OILS, LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR WAX!

HAIR DROP OFF:
Wij werken alleen met HD lace closures (ALLEEN 2x6, 3x6 & 5x5)!
De closure moet minimaal 5 dagen vóór je afspraak worden ingeleverd om een goede aanpassing mogelijk te maken.Vergeet niet je foundation kleur mee te nemen.
Bekijk openingstijden op Salonized voor drop off! Schrijf alsjeblieft je volledige naam, telefoonnummer en datum en tijd van je afspraak op! Voor last-minute boekingen (minder dan 5 dagen van tevoren) geldt een spoedtoeslag van 20 euro.

The closure must be delivered minimum 5 days before your appointment to allow proper customization. Don't forget to bring your foundation shade to your appointment.
Check the opening hours on Salonized for drop-off! Please write down your full name, phone number date and time of appointment. For last-minute bookings (less than 5 days in advance), a 20 euros rush fee applies.

Voorbereiding voor uw afspraak
Zorg dat je haar en extensions gewassen, droog, uitgeföhnd (natuurlijk haar), uitgekamd en vrij van roos en productresten zijn. Het is vereist dat de hoofdhuid vrij is van aandoeningen, zoals schimmelinfecties, ontstekingen, wondjes of extreme irritatie. Voor het föhnen van haar wordt 10 euro extra in rekening gebracht.
Als het haar NIET goed gewassen, productvrij of vrij is van aandoeningen is, zullen wij uw afspraak ANNULEREN en het volledige bedrag van de service betalen.
Betaling
Een aanbetaling is vereist. De aanbetaling is onder alle omstandigheden niet-restitueerbaar.
Het resterende bedrag dient contant en gepast of via betaalverzoek/betaalpas betaald te worden, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
Aankomst op locatie
Ben je meer dan 15 minuten te laat? Wij zullen u dan niet meer helpen.
Kom ALLEEN naar uw afspraak!
10 minuten te laat = 10 euro
15 minuten te laat = 15 euro
NA 15 minuten te laat = ANNULERING (+ het volledige bedrag van de service betalen!)
Squeeze-in / Last-minute toeslag = 25 euro (dient gelijktijdig met de aanbetaling te worden voldaan en is niet-restituurbaar)
NO SHOW / TE LATE ANNULERING = ZWARTE LIJST (+ het volledige bedrag van de service betalen!)
Openingstijden
LET OP! Er geldt een extra toeslag van 25 euro voor afspraken op zondag, en vóór 10:00 uur of vanaf 19:00 uur en buiten werktijden.
Annuleringen en Wijzigingen
Wijzigingen of annuleringen graag minimaal 48 uur vooraf. Afspraken kunnen éénmalig worden verzet binnen dezelfde maand. Diensten kunnen niet ter plaatse worden gewijzigd.
Tevredenheidsgarantie
Indien u niet tevreden bent, verzoeken wij u binnen 24 uur contact met ons op te nemen, zodat wij een gepaste oplossing kunnen aanbieden.
Hygiëne en Veiligheid
Wij hanteren strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels en vragen klanten hieraan mee te werken voor een veilige, prettige omgeving.
Algemene voorwaarden
Deze kunnen wijzigen; de meest recente versie op onze bookingsite geldt voor alle nieuwe afspraken.
Door een afspraak te maken, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

Hair Condition and Preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry, blown-out (natural hair), and detangled hair and bundles, free of product and dandruff. The scalp must be free of conditions such as fungal infections, inflammation, open wounds, or severe irritation. A 10 euro fee applies if blow-drying is needed.
If the hair is NOT washed well, detangled, product-free or free of conditions we will CANCEL and charge full service amount of the hair appointment.
Payment
A deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The rest payment is due in cash or by card at place, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Arrival at place
Make sure to arrive on time at the location.
After 15 minutes late do not hesitate to come. We will not attend to you anymore.
Please attend your appointment ALONE!
10 minutes late = 10 euro
15 minutes late = 15 euro
After 15 minutes late = CANCELLATION (+ pay full service amount!)
Squeeze-in / Last minute fee = 25 euro (must be paid immediatly along with the deposit and is non-refundable).
NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION = BLACKLIST (+ pay the full service amount!)
Opening Hours
Please note that there is an additional fee of 25 euro for appointments on Sunday and before 10 AM and from 7 PM or outside regular business hours. This additional fee will be clearly communicated when making the appointment and is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments can be rescheduled once within the same month.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment, so that we can take appropriate measures.
Hygiene and Safety
Our hairstylist adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols. Customers are expected to cooperate to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
Changed Terms
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. The most recent version can be found on our bookingsite and applies to all new appointments after the date of the amendment.
